Clean Up Yard & Roofs Remove leaves/pine needles Blow off roofs Tree & Landscape Maintenance Trim trees (preferably with pole saw or similar) Trim bushes/shrubs Pull weeds Mow playground yard Irrigation Check Inspect drip system and repair as needed Lighting & Repairs Fix pathway lights Address miscellaneous repairs Structure & Area Cleanup Clean container area (cobwebs, general cleanup) Take down shade structures (if needed) Interior Work Painting Inside of a cottage
